Fans of Nobody Wants This are in for a treat, as Netflix has teased the upcoming third season with some behind-the-scenes snaps featuring some of the lovable cast! The romcom, which first arrived on screens at the end of September 2024 and stars Adam Brody and Kristen Bell, was so popular that it was quickly renewed for a second and third season.
Sharing a carousel of on-set pictures alongside the caption '@kristenanniebell + a disposable camera = unmatched vibes on the first week of shooting NOBODY WANTS THIS: SEASON 3! 📸', Netflix revealed the two leads smiling for a snap in a doorway, Kristen in hair and make-up, and Justine Lupe and Timothy Simons hanging around in a hallway plus more!
Will there be a third series?
Announcing the news of season three with a funny video on social media, lead actress Kristen Bell is seen calling the cast to spread the word, before creator Erin Foster jokingly tells her off.
Fans went straight to the comments to share their excitement, writing: 'THE ABSOLUTE BEST NEWS!' and: 'Cannot wait to see more of how the dynamic unfolds between Joanne and Bina!!! Congrats to the whole team!!! We are loving and needing NWT!! 🔥🔥.'
When is series three out?

When was series two released?
Series two landed at 8am on Thursday 23rd October 2025.

What is Nobody Wants This about?
Centred around a very honest podcast run by sisters, Joanne and Morgan, Nobody Wants This follows the main characters as they navigate modern day relationships in LA. After bumping into each other at a friend's mixer, Joanne and Rabbi Roklov soon spot a sparkle in each other's eyes. But everybody around them is keen to keep the unlikely lovers apart.
Nobody Wants This is a painfully real account of looking for love in 2024, packed full of laugh-out-loud moments and feel good romance. A will-they-won't-they romcom which will have you hooked until the very end...well, until we're blessed with season two!
Netflix say of the plot: 'First comes love, then comes life. The last time we saw agnostic podcast host Joanne (Kristen Bell) and unconventional (hot) rabbi Noah (Adam Brody), their unmatched chemistry surprised everyone in their lives, including her sister Morgan (Justine Lupe), his brother Sasha (Timothy Simons) and sister-in-law Esther (Jackie Tohn), and even themselves. Their spark proved stronger than all of the obstacles trying to keep them apart.
Adding: 'Now, they’re back and fully committed to merging their lives – and loved ones — together. But their differences still exist and can’t be ignored. The challenge now is not just falling in love against all odds, but staying together in spite of them.'
How can I watch it?
Series one and two of Nobody Wants This is available to stream on Netflix.
