Heated Rivalry fans can now book a stay at Barlochan - the now-iconic Muskoka cottage that served as the backdrop for the show’s most talked-about sixth episode.
The romantic sports drama Heated Rivalry follows the slow-burn relationship between hockey rivals Shane Hollander (Hudson Williams) and Ilya Rozanov (Connor Storrie), exploring their journey from enemies on the ice, to something much more complicated off it.
Where is the Heated Rivalry cottage?
Tucked away in a quiet corner of Muskoka, Canada, the lakeside villa features three bedrooms with king-size beds, an open-plan kitchen and sweeping views of the surrounding wilderness.
The cottage sits within a 30-minute drive of Muskoka Airport, around 90 minutes from Toronto Airport, and about a 20-minute walk from Gravenhurst and Bala, giving guests access to three of the region’s biggest lakes.
Inside, guests can expect free WiFi, parking, a washing machine and tumble dryer, an indoor fireplace and an unforgettable waterfront outlook. The cottage sleeps up to six people, welcomes pets, and is priced at 248.10 CAD (£134 GBP) per night, with an Airbnb spokesperson teasing that fans should check the listing closely for a subtle nod to Shane and Ilya’s jersey numbers in the pricing.
How can I book the Heated Rivalry cottage?
You can book Barlochan Cottage via Airbnb here, with reservations opening from 3rd March 2026.
Barlochan became a viral fan-favourite location after it appeared in episode six, when Shane invites Ilya to his family cabin for some long-awaited privacy away from the cameras and the rink.
The intimate scenes that play out in the cottage reshape their relationship and set up the show’s pivotal final episode, making the spot a must-visit location for viewers who fell in love with their story.
Airbnb notes that the cottage was 'featured on a TV-hit show this (sixth) season, and is a luxurious modern cottage featuring almost 400ft of private waterfront to enjoy those spectacular Muskoka sunsets.'
Now that the cottage is on Airbnb, fans can literally walk through key filming spots, matching their favourite moments to the real-life layout of the cabin.
