Hilarious trailer released for series two of Last One Laughing

It's the show that had everybody in stitches when it was released in March last year, and now the start date for series two of Last One Laughing has been announced! The celebrity game show, which saw 10 comedians battle it out to be the last one to laugh, received rave reviews when the first series dropped, so it's no surprise we're getting more!
Hosted by Jimmy Carr, series two will feature new celebs Alan Carr, David Mitchell, Romesh Ranganathan, Amy Gledhill, Maisie Adam, Mel Giedroyc, Gbemisola Ikumelo, Sam Campbell and Diane Morgan, while series one winner Bob Mortimer will also return to defend his title.
In series one, viewers watched as comedians Daisy May Cooper, Joe Wilkinson, Bob Mortimer and Judi Love, among six other famous faces, were subjected to their fellow comedian's quick wit and silly stunts — but they weren't allowed to even crack a smile. It made for some pretty brilliant TV!
Will there be a second series?
Just weeks after the first series aired, Prime Video revealed the show would be back. In a post uploaded to Instagram on 15th May 2025, Prime Video wrote: '10 comedians walk into a house… and you know what happens next. 😶 Last One Laughing Series 2 is coming to Prime Video.'
When will the second series be on TV?
It's now been revealed series two will drop on Thursday 19th March 2026.
Who will be in series two?
Prime Video bosses revealed the line up for series two on 21st August 2025, sharing an image of the comedians sat on the show's sofa, writing: 'Welcome the cast of #LastOneLaughingUK SEASON 2!! What a lineup🤩🤩 #PrimeVideo #ForYou #Comedy.'

Who won the first series?
The first series was an incredibly close call, between comedians Richard Ayoade and Bob Mortimer. But in a very funny final head to head, Bob just clinched the win — making Richard laugh by reeling off gags from his iconic book of jokes.

The first series is available to watch now on Prime Video, with series two dropping later in March.
