Janet Jackson set for Sandringham Estate headline show this summer
Pop royalty lands in Norfolk with iconic guests
Last updated 29th May 2026
There are big festival bookings, and then there are moments that feel genuinely unmissable. Janet Jackson’s newly announced UK date falls firmly into the latter. Set against the historic backdrop of Sandringham Estate, this one-off headline slot already has the makings of a standout summer night.
With a legendary catalogue, carefully chosen special guests and a setting that rarely hosts artists of this scale, anticipation is quietly building for what could be one of 2026’s most talked-about live shows.
Janet Jackson will headline HeritageLive Festival at Sandringham Estate in Norfolk, joining an already heavyweight line-up that includes Lionel Richie, Ricky Martin and Eric Clapton across the week. For her night, she brings equally strong company: Wyclef Jean and Soul II Soul will join as special guests, adding depth across hip-hop, R&B and British soul.
With more than 180 million records sold worldwide, Janet remains one of the most influential artists in pop history. A five-time GRAMMY Award winner and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee, her impact stretches across decades. She is among a rare group of artists to score a Number 1 album across four consecutive decades, alongside Barbra Streisand, Bruce Springsteen and U2. Her legacy continues to grow, with ‘Rhythm Nation 1814’ inducted into the GRAMMY Hall of Fame in 2026.
Giles Cooper of HeritageLive describes the booking as a defining moment for the festival, calling Janet "genuine music royalty" and highlighting the unique atmosphere created by pairing global artists with historic settings.
Support acts bring their own weight. Wyclef Jean, a three-time GRAMMY winner and founding member of Fugees, arrives with a catalogue spanning global hits and new material including ‘Mr. October’. Meanwhile, Soul II Soul’s influence on British music remains undeniable, with classics like ‘Back To Life’ and ‘Keep On Movin’’ continuing to resonate decades on.
