Police seek witnesses after motorcyclist injured in collision near Bristol Airport

Police are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage following a serious collision involving a motorcyclist and a car near Bristol Airport.

The crash happened at approximately 6.10pm on Sunday 14th December on the A38 close to the Airport Tavern.

The car, described as dark coloured, left the scene before police arrived.

The motorcyclist was taken to hospital with injuries described as potentially life-changing.

The road, which was temporarily closed for enquiries, has now reopened.

Officers are urging anyone who was in the area near Bristol Airport between 6-6.20pm and either witnessed the crash or the moments before or after, to come forward.

They are particularly keen to hear from anyone with dashcam footage that may assist their investigation.
