Bristol's biggest music festival, Love Saves the Day, is set to return to Ashton Court for the May Bank Holiday weekend.

The event promises to attract over 30,000 attendees with a line-up filled with standout live acts, next-generation DJs, and top names in electronic music.

Among the diverse range of artists are Sammy Virji, known for his genre-hopping sets, and Rizzle Kicks, who will reunite on Sunday to bring their signature energy to the main stage.

Sub Focus will headline Saturday with a new audiovisual live experience, while hip-hop icon Eve is set to impress with her powerful stage presence and hits.

Katy B will share her chart-topping anthems, while Confidence Man and Girls Don’t Sync will deliver exciting DJ sets, with Hamdi bringing his explosive sound rooted in dubstep, garage, and grime.

Festival director, Tom Paine, said, “We’ve always built Love Saves the Day around community, good music and starting the summer in the right way - and this year’s no different.

"There’s a lot in this first wave we’re proud of: a mix of returning favourites, long-overdue bookings and artists who’ve been on fire over the past year. We can’t wait.”

Festival-goers are being advised to stay hydrated, with temperatures expected to reach 26°C on Sunday.

A heat heat-health alert is in place, with health officials advising everyone to stay as cool as possible.
