It's not long before the huge Aardman sculptures return to Bristol

With just a month to go, organisers around the South West are gearing up for the Gromit Unleashed 3 trail, which will see giant Aardman sculptures pop up in various locations.
Several places around Bristol and the surrounding areas have been earmarked for the trail, which will see a number of other Aardman favourites make appearances, including Wallace, Feathers McGraw and Norbot the Smart Gnome.
The trail will take those following it through Bristol's arts and culture centre, before heading out into surrounding areas - all hoping to raise extra money for Bristol Children's Hospital as part of their Grand Appeal.
Among the statues included in the trail is Beagle 3, a giant extra-terrestrial version of Gromit, funded by partner Rolls-Royce.
Speaking on the appeal, director Nicola Masters said: "As we’re moving closer to the trail launch, the excitement and anticipation from fans far and wide builds and builds.
"We’re incredibly excited to announce all the locations where you will be able to find sculptures on the trail, stretching from College Green to Cheddar Gorge, Warmley to The Wave and Puxton Park to Pucklechurch; we can wait to get all these incredible sculptures onto the streets of Bristol and beyond.
Each sculpture is uniquely designed by international film studios, film directors, classic British cultural treasures, celebrities and brilliant local artist talent to transform locations throughout Bristol into an open-air art gallery, inviting people of all ages to explore, discover and connect.
Beyond the creativity and fun, Gromit Unleashed 3 represents a powerful cause raising vital funds for The Grand Appeal, the Bristol Children’s Hospital Charity. With every step, photo and donation, the trail brings the community together in a shared mission of supporting sick babies and children from Bristol, the South West and beyond.
