Originally released back in 1981 by Phil Collins, the album 'Face Value' transformed his career from the Genesis drummer and frontman, to a solo artist and global icon.

The album featured songs such as 'In The Air Tonight', 'I Missed Again' and 'If Leaving Me Is Easy', and reached Number 1 in the UK at the time of release.

Phil's official Instagram account announced the news on social media, writing: 'Announcing “Face Value (Full Value)” - a new 4LP deluxe vinyl box set celebrating 45 years of Phil’s landmark debut album, out 18th September 2026.

'The set contains the original album, half-speed mastered at Abbey Road, plus rare and unreleased live recordings, demos and outtakes. It also includes liner notes by acclaimed music writer Tom Doyle, featuring a brand-new interview with Phil about the album.

'The first digital single from the box-set - a previously unreleased performance of “You Know What I Mean (Live)” at Perkins Palace 1982, is available to listen on all platforms now.'
