Tributes are pouring in for Black Sabbath frontman, Ozzy Osbourne, following his death at the age of 76.

Fans have been gathering at the Black Sabbath bench in his home city of Birmingham, where they have been leaving tributes in the form of flowers, cards, and scarves.

Jez Collins from the Birmingham Music Archive told us: "Shocked was the first feeling. I couldn't quite get my head around it.

Black Sabbath played their final-ever gig, which was at Villa Park just a few weeks ago on 5 July. Jez told us he thought it was fitting: "Thinking and reflecting on it, it was, sort of, fitting and poignant, I think, that we were able to say a final farewell when he was alive. Oftentimes that doesn't happen. We give our tributes when people pass, but to have 40,000 people in Villa Park, to see and witness the love for him around Birmingham in the lead up to Villa Park was amazing so I hope that gives some comfort to family and friends of Ozzy Osbourne that he got to witness exactly how much we loved him in this city."

His family say he died "surrounded by love".
