Investigation launched after car collides with pedestrians in Cardiff

One person is in hospital in a serious but stable condition.

An investigation is underway after emergency services were called to reports of several pedestrians being hit by a car in Cardiff.

Police were called to the incident Heol Trelai yesterday (27/09)

An 18-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and causing serious injury by dangerous driving.

He remains in police custody, and one person remains in hospital in a serious but stable condition.

Officers are now urgently appealing for witnesses to the incident, who haven't yet spoken to police, to come forward.
