Who is Tim Campbell?

Tim Campbell MBE won the first series of The Apprentice in 2005 and returned to the show as Lord Sugar’s aide in 2022. He’s also the founder of social enterprise Bright Ideas Trust and was awarded an MBE in 2012 for services to enterprise.

What’s the podcast about?

In reWORKING, Tim breaks down complex topics into easy-to-understand, practical advice, helping you make better decisions about their work and finances. Each episode focuses on a new challenge – from asking for a pay rise without burning bridges to knowing when it's time to quit, or building long-term wealth rather than income – answering the questions we all think about but never get solid answers to.

Whether you’re starting out, stuck in the middle, or ready for your next move, this is a podcast made to help you make smarter decisions, feel more in control, and define success on your own terms.

The series features conversations with some of the country’s brightest and most creative minds (think founders, investors and experts across business, money and psychology).

Tim said: “Work and money shape all of our lives, yet most of us are never taught how to navigate them. re:Working is about cutting through the noise and having honest conversations about the real decisions people face – and sharing lessons that listeners can actually use.”
