Stephen reveals genius game plan which helped him win The Traitors
We're obsessed!

Series 4 Traitor and icon, Stephen Libby stole the hearts of the nation when he was selected as one of this year's double-agents in BBC hit show The Traitors. But it wasn't just his charm, loyalty and hilarious faces we fell in love with — Stephen brought a suitcase of outfits which rivalled the queen of the castle, Claudia Winkleman!
And now the loveable Scotsman — who won the show alongside his fellow Traitor, Rachel Duffy, last week — has revealed his fashion sense helped him bag the cash!
In an interview with Hits Radio Breakfast, 32-year-old Stephen said: "This is what I wear on a day-to-day basis so I didn't curate a wardrobe specifically for The Traitors. But I realised early on that when I was walking into breakfast in the morning that people were commenting on my clothes rather than commenting on how terrified I looked.
"So I thought, right after day one went like that, I thought I need to keep making sure what I wear every day has maximum impact. It was deflecting. Look from the neck down, not the neck up!" Brilliant!
Stephen also spoke to Magic Radio, telling them he wore "a killer outfit" on the days he thought he'd get banished.
Wanting to go out in style, Stephen told hosts Harriet Scott and McFly's Harry Judd: "So I had two suitcases with me, each of them rammed to the hilt. I was like sticking my foot into the case and my boyfriend was sitting on the case, me trying to close the case. Yeah it was a military operation.
"And you'll notice that if there was a day where I had a lot of heat on me, I then wore like a killer outfit the next day because I thought this could be the last time I'm seen on this game. So I would then wear something extra fabulous the next day to make sure it got a shoe in."
Stephen also spilled the tea to Hits Radio on HOW CLOSE he came to taking the prize pot for himself, telling Fleur East, Will Best and James Barr that in the last few seconds he decided the money "wasn't worth it". It was after Traitors Rachel and Stephen formed a pact to never write each other's names down on their slates.
Knowing Rachel likely only needed one more vote to secure all £95,750 for himself, Stephen could have broken their pact and bagged the lot. But ever the perfect gent, he voted for Jack and finished the game with Rachel still in tow! 🫶
"I had decided I wanted to leave with my head held high regardless of what happened," he said. "I was wobbling at the end. I thought Rachel was going to put my name on her slate and I thought if she's going to do that to me then maybe I should do the same to her.
"But at the very last second my mind said if you write Jack's name down at least you can leave with your head held high knowing you kept to your end of the deal."
"We gave people the most faithful ending you can have with a Traitor win," Stephen said. "I've had so many messages from people saying it was really weird rooting for the Traitors, but you guys just gave us something to root for."
He also revealed what he plans to spend the cash on, and you probably won't be surprised to know he wants to make some additions to his wardrobe: "Obviously I'll need to try and get some new jumpsuits because that seems to have become my USP now.
"But other than that, I've left my day job just so I can have a little bit of a break. So really it's gonna go on rent and food, and just keeping me sustained. And also my support network throughout this, my partner and my parents, and my family in general have just been phenomenal. I'll maybe just take us on a wee holiday or something."
Now check out all the rumours for Celebrity Traitors Series 2:

Tess Daly
After leaving Strictly Come Dancing following a huge 21 years, TV presenter Tess Daly could have some spare time on her hands! Imagine how great it would be to see her best pal Claudia Winkleman make her a Traitor?!

Harriet Rose
KISS presenter Harriet Rose would bring serious vibes to the show, and with her amazing interviewing ability, she could be great at fishing out the Traitors.
David Attenborough
A true National Treasure that must be protected at all costs, but we think David Attenborough could have what it takes to sniff out the pesky Traitors.
Adele
She may be a superstar singer, but Adele is taking a break from music right now, so what better way to fill her time?!
Stacey Solomon
Stacey Solomon's warmth and humour would make her incredibly likeable by her fellow contestants and we don't think she'd be suspected as a Traitor!
Ken Bruce
With decades of experience in the radio business, Greatest Hits Radio presenter Ken Bruce would be great under pressure as a Traitor, not to mention the fact he's trusted and likeable!
Tyson Fury
He's a champion boxer with both physical and psychological powers, and whilst he's currently in retirement (for now anyways), Tyson Fury's unpredictability would make for great TV.

Niall Horan
The show always needs a cheeky Irish chappie! With Niall Horan's charm and charisma, NOBODY would suspect him!

Pointless host Alexander Armstrong would bring a calm presence to the castle. With his sharp intelligence and good judge of character, we think he'd make a brilliant Faithful.

Graham Norton
TV presenter Graham Norton interviews celebs for a living, so he'd have no issues asking hard-hitting questions to try and sniff out the Traitors. With his sense of humour and charm, he'd be a great team player.
Denise Welch
Denise Welch interrogating other celebs would just be TV gold, TBH.
Lewis Capaldi
Thanks to his loveable and relatable personality, nobody would suspect Scottish singer Lewis Capaldi, making him a great Traitor.
Gemma Collins
Let's be honest... It wouldn't be a reality TV show rumoured line-up without the GC!
Lily Allen
Following the release of her latest album 'West End Girl', it seems singer Lily Allen wouldn't put up with any BS in during the round tables, creating great TV!
Leah Williamson
As the captain of England's Lionesses and Arsenal, Leah Williamson certainly has the leadership qualities needed for the game!
Judi Love
Judi Love would be able to use her charm and humour to create bonds in the castle, making her a very trustworthy candidate. Just what you need to be successful on the show!
Holly Willoughby
Following her departure from This Morning, Holly Willoughby has made limited TV appearances, so this could be her pathway back to a major presenting gig.
Lord Alan Sugar
We'd love to see how Lord Sugar copes when swapping the boardroom for the round table!
Sir Andy Murray
Competitive ✅Good under pressure ✅ Poker face ✅ - Sir Andy Murray has all the traits to be a successful Traitor!
Dermot O'Leary
Speaking to our friends over at heatworld, Dermot said: "I'd find it difficult to turn down Celebrity Traitors because I really, really enjoyed it. But the problem is – aside from being away for that long – I think I'd be a terrible Traitor. They've done so such a great job of amping up the stress and I hate the idea of people thinking ill of me, especially my peers, so I'd worry if I was part of that level of subterfuge. But it's been a great series."
