As well as impressing with his Titanic-themed Couples' Choice dance during Strictly Come Dancing on Saturday night (3rd October), Northern Irish social media personality John Nellis also dropped some other major news!

During his VT ahead of hitting the dancefloor, John announced the lovely news that his wife Shannon is expecting another baby!

He said in the pre-recorded video: "The hardest part of my job, and it genuinely breaks my heart, is the amount of time I spend away from family. I miss my wife more than you can imagine, and my son.

"And our family is growing. We're having another baby in February. I want a big family. I want big Christmases and big parties like I grew up. I just genuinely had the most blessed childhood ever."

Going on to speak about his own relationship with his dad, John added: "My favourite memory of my dad is more of a feeling, and it's that we were best friends first and he's my dad second, and that's the truth. My mum and dad are the most supportive people. Their moral compass is, like, so well aligned that it realigns those around them. They're just good people."

Meanwhile, after topping the leaderboard with his Foxtrot in Week One, John once again impressed the judges on Saturday night, as Movie Week took over the Strictly ballroom.

John and Katya performed a Couples' Choice to 'An Irish Party In Third Class' from Titanic, picking up 23 points from the judges.

With a combined score of 54 from the first two weeks, John sailed through to the next round, with celebrity hairdresser Chris Appleton and his partner Amy Dowden losing their place on the show.

Congratulations to John and his wife Shannon on their lovely baby news!👶
