Bonded bunnies in Norwich hoping to find a new home for Valentine's Day
Matty enjoys delivering food to his beloved Penelope

With Valentine's Day just around the corner, the Norwich branch of the RSPCA is eager to find loving homes for a variety of pets, including two rabbits.
Matty and Penelope, a pair of bonded bunnies, are among the animals hoping to be adopted this Valentine’s Day.
Matty, a handsome longhaired lop, has earned a reputation for his attentive care towards Penelope, often delivering her vegetables and grooming her.
According to Chloe Shorten, Head of Animal Welfare at the branch, Matty and Penelope have bonded well.
“They have fallen in love and bonded well,” Shorten said.
“Matty will always ensure Penelope has fresh greens by personally delivering her favourite vegetables to her feet.
"He is a true gent and we are hoping to find this cute couple their forever home to make their Valentine's Day extra special."
Penelope, described as a mature female, enjoys sunbathing while Matty grooms her.
Both rabbits are around three years old and require a high-fibre diet, consisting of hay, grass, fresh greens, and a small amount of pellets each day.
The bunnies will need a secure space where they can relax, play, and do binkies.
African land snails Sally Ragsnail and Jack Skellingsnail are also part of the Valentine’s Day adoption effort.
The snails, aged three, enjoy sharing meals featuring veggies in their climate-controlled vivarium.
Given their hermaphrodite nature, they require regular egg removal to manage their population, and seek a home with someone experienced in their care.
Meanwhile, cats Meowly Cyrus and Paneer are looking for a new home together.
Meowly Cyrus is an independent and laid-back female cat with a unique wonky neck and watery eye that add to her quirky character.
She is deaf, making her suitable for an indoor-only home with a potential catio.
Paneer, another contender for adoption, enjoys being doted on and playing with toys, albeit without being picked up or overhandled.
