Live Nation Tickets Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions should be read together with, and are in addition to, Bauer Media Group: Competition General Terms & Conditions at: https://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/competition-general-terms-and-conditions (the “General Terms”).
Together these specific competition terms and conditions and the General Terms shall be referred to as the “Terms”. Where there is a conflict between these terms and the General Terms, these terms shall prevail.
ITEM 1: COMPETITION NAME
‘Live Nation Tickets’ running from the Start Date to the last End Date as set out below (the “Prize Draw”).
ITEM 2: PROMOTER
Bauer Radio Limited, registered office: Media House Peterborough Business Park, Lynch Wood, Peterborough, United Kingdom, PE2 6EA and registered under company number 01394141 (the “Promoter”).
Live Nation means:Live Nation (Music) UK Limited, with registered office at 30 St John Street London, and registered under company number 02409911.
This is a Prize Draw running across the following radio stations (“Stations”):
CFM, Free Radio, Gem, Greatest Hits Radio, Hallam FM, Hits Radio, Metro Radio, Pulse 1, Radio City, Rock FM, Signal 1, TFM, The Wave, Viking FM, Wave 105, Lincs FM, Pirate FM, Fire FM, Sam FM, Clyde 1, Clyde 2, Forth 1, Forth 2, MFR, MFR 2, Northsound 1, Northsound 2, Radio Borders, Tay FM, Tay 2, West FM, Westsound AM, Westsound FM, Cool FM, Downtown Radio, Downtown Country, KISS Network, KISSTORY, KISS Fresh, KISS Dance, KISS Garage, KISS Jams, , Magic Radio, Magic Chilled, Mellow Magic, Magic Soul, Magic Radio at the Movies and Magic at the Musicals, Absolute Radio, Absolute Classic Rock, Absolute Radio 60s, Absolute Radio 70s, Absolute 80s, Absolute Radio 90s, Absolute Radio 00s, Absolute Radio 10s, Absolute Radio 20s, Absolute Radio Country, Planet Rock, Wave 105, Kerrang! Radio.
ITEM 3: WEBSITE
The website shall be https://planetradio.co.uk/live-music-is-back/ (the “Website”).
These Prize Draw terms and conditions will be available on the Website.
ITEM 4: PRIZE DRAW START DATE AND END DATES
Entry to the Prize Draw will open and close as follows:
Start Date: Monday 19 July 2021 at 6:00am
SMS Entry End Date: Sunday 29 August 2021 at 5:00pm
Free Route (Post) Entry End Date: Thursday 2 September 2021 at 5:00pm
Any entries received before the Start Date or after the relevant End Date (as stated above) will be invalid but you may still be charged in accordance with Item 6.
We reserve the right to broadcast details of the Prize Draw at any time throughout each day during the broadcast schedule of each Station.
ITEM 5: PRIZE DRAW DETAILS
Entry to the Prize Draw will open and close in line with the Entry Period detailed in Item 4. Item 9 sets our details of the main prize (the “Main Prize”) and the ten runner up prizes (the “Runner Up Prizes”) relevant to the Prize Draw.
ITEM 6: ROUTES OF ENTRY AND COSTS
By submitting a Prize Draw entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms.
Entrants can enter the Prize Draw by sending an SMS message starting with the keyword TICKETS (“Keyword”) to 65115 and your name. If the message does not start with the valid Keyword, or is not sent to the this number, it will not be a valid entry. Entrants will receive an automated SMS response to their SMS message confirming their entry.
Entrants are responsible for all costs associated with entering this Prize Draw. Texts cost £2.00 (from the UK) + standard network rate. Entrants must have permission from the bill payer before entering the Prize Draw.
You can also enter by sending your name and a contact telephone number (including area code if providing a landline number) to Live Nation Tickets Competition, PO Box 8162, Derby, DE1 9GU. Entries must be sent on a postcard or on or within a pre-paid envelope. Entries received on anything other than a postcard or pre-paid envelope will not be valid or accepted. In the case of multiple entries received in a single envelope or postcard, only one entry will be entered into the Prize Draw.
Promoter is not responsible for entries that are that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
ITEM 7: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS
The Prize Draw is only open to people aged 18 and over who: (i) live in the UK (ii) are not a Promoter employee or their immediate family (including live-in partner) and (iii) are not an employee of any third-party sponsors or prize providers, or their immediate family (including live-in partner).
In entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Main Prize or a Runner Up Prize.
The Promoter will not accept entries that are: (i) automatically generated by computer; (ii) completed by third parties or in bulk; (iii) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; (iv) photocopies and not originals; or (v) incomplete.
You can enter the Prize Draw a maximum of 20 times via SMS Entrants must obtain permission from the bill payer before texting to enter the Prize Draw. There are no limits on the number of postal entries
We reserve the right to run bonus SMS entry incentives throughout the duration of the Prize Draw. These incentives will be communicated via the automated SMS response received to confirm the entry.
If an entrant has won £500 or more in any Promoter competition within 6 months of the Start Date, they are not eligible to win in this Prize Draw. For more details on this, please see item 4.11 ”Prize Limits” of the General Terms & Conditions.
ITEM 8: WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
Winners will be contacted by the phone number provided with their entry within 14 days of the date the Prize Draw closes in accordance with Item 4. This may be live on air or off-air. Due to programming schedules, this may not be broadcast on all participating Stations. See Item 11 for more details relating this call.
The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact winners. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their Main Prize or Runner Up Prize within 28 days from Friday 3 September 2021, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Main Prize or Runner UP Prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Postal Closing Date.
ITEM 9: PRIZE DETAILS
After the Postal End Date, one entrant from all of the valid entries will be selected by automated random draw. The entrant who is randomly selected will win the Main Prize on offer.
Ten further entrants from all of the valid entries will then be selected by a second automated random draw. Each entrant who is randomly selected will win one of the Runner Up Prizes on offer.

Entrants are only able to win a single prize (eihter the Main Prize or a Runner Up Prize) throughout the duration of this Prize Draw.
There is no cash alternative for tickets included in the Main Prize or any Runner Up prize
The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners, to anyone who emails [email protected] or writes to the address set out in Item 13 (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the Postal Closing Date of the Prize Draw.
If you object to any or all of your surname and county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter using the details in Item 13. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
The winner must notify Live Nation (details to be provided by Promoter) of the events they wish to attend at least 28 days prior to the event. Live Nation will consider reasonable requests for flexibility. Tickets are subject to availability and Live Nation shall use reasonable endeavours to grant access to the event of the winner's choice. If for any reason tickets are not available for an event of the winner's choosing, alternative events will be suggested. If the winner can no longer attend an event, they must notify Live Nation at least 72 hours in advance of the event, otherwise the tickets to that event may be forfeited. Use of the tickets is subject to the relevant ticket terms and conditions and terms of entry in force at the applicable venue. Show listings can be found at www.livenation.co.uk. Please note that not all events listed on the site are promoted by Live Nation.
Delivery or payment of the Prize and any Runner Up Prize may be subject to the winner providing personal identification and / or proof of address and to internal compliance checks. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. Payment of the Prize may take up to 28 days from the point at which the Promoter receives the entrant’s details.
Where, it emerges after the Prize or Runner Up Prizes have been awarded that the entrant was in breach of these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to withdraw the Prize or Runner Up Prizes from that winner and they will not be entitled to any further reward or remuneration. We reserve the right to exclude individuals who breach our terms and conditions from entering our competitions.
ITEM 10: DATA PROTECTION
The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the Promoter privacy policy at: http://www.bauerdatapromise.co.uk/. See also Item 8 in relation to the announcement of winners.
ITEM 11: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONSENT
In accordance with Item 8, the Promoter will telephone winners and ask them to speak on-air to notify them of their win and to ask them about their entry to the Prize Draw. Entrants have the right to refuse. If an entrant consents, entrants agree to have their voice recorded.
You agree that the Promoter may, but is not required to, make your winning entry (including your voice recording) available on its Website and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the competition. You agree to grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the winining Prize Draw entry (inlcuding your voice recording), to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence your entry for such purposes.
Entrants will not be put through to speak on-air if the Promoter thinks in its sole discretion that they are driving illegally, intoxicated, likely to swear, or otherwise offend our listeners. Whilst on air for the purposes of this competition entrants must not use foul language, swear, say or do anything defamatory or illegal or say or do anything which would damage the reputation of the Promoter, is offensive or inappropriate or which would cause us, or our listeners, harm. Failure to comply will result in disqualification, and if the entrant has won a Prize or Runner Up Prize, this will be forfeited.
ITEM 12: OTHER CONDITIONS
We will only accept entries that comply with our terms and conditions and we may disqualify the entrant if we know or suspect that they have breached them. All our decisions relating to the Prize Draw and/or awarding of a Prize or Runner Up Prize are final. No discussions or correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into about the operation of this Prize Draw. We have the right to cancel, amend, terminate or suspend this Prize Draw if forced to do so due to circumstances outside our control.
