Find out a little more about Hattie with our handy Q&A...

What vibes are you bringing to your show?

Good energy, good company and wall-to-wall bangers. I want the show to feel like you're hanging out with a mate who just happens to have the best playlist in the country. Whether you're working, driving or at the gym, I'm bringing the vibes with all the old skool and anthems you know and love.

What’s your favourite thing about your show?

The listeners. Being a part of their daily lives and routines brings me so much joy. They also crack me up. It's like one big family gathering down the pub just with more chaos!

How did it all start for you?

I've always been obsessed with radio and music. I started out at student radio at University of Manchester then worked as a runner at BBC Breakfast before earning my stripes on overnights at XFM/Radio X before moving to KEY103 then Hits Radio. Every opportunity taught me something new, and now getting to host mid-mornings on KISSTORY feels like I've come home to a place I always dreamed of being.

What is one track that never gets old for you no matter how many times you hear it?

'Pass Out' - Tinie Tempah. The second it comes on, the mood instantly lifts. It's one of those songs that sounds just as good now as it did the first time I heard it. It takes me back to dancing on sticky floors in nightclubs whilst at uni.

If you could co-host with one celebrity in the world, who would it be?

Mr Motivator. I think we'd spend half the show laughing and the other half trying to get through the links. His energy is infectious and he'd certainly brighten up the studio with his colourful workout gear!

What’s your perfect night in or out?

A perfect night out would be a long weekend in a field raving at a festival with my mates! An ideal night in is cooking homemade pizza or pasta with mates and trying not to be too competitive when getting the board games out!

If you could be eternally stuck in one music era, which would it be? And why?

It's gotta be the 00s. It was such a massive decade for pop, R&B, dance and garage. Tracks from the late 00s were my soundtrack to moving to Manchester and staying out all night and missing lectures at uni. The nostalgia of those times living away from home for the first time and finding my feet - just take me back!

Who would play you in a movie about your life?

Billie Piper. She's funny, down-to-earth and doesn't take herself too seriously, which I'd like to think is pretty accurate. Plus she'd definitely make me look cooler than I actually am. She's the only celeb I've ever been compared to looks wise so it has to be her!
