EVENT FAQs
WHAT IS THE EVENT?
KISSTORY is taking place at Document (Bristol) with some of your favourite KISSTORY DJs and some very special guests.
Expect all those Old Skool vibes and classic anthems you love — day party energy and serious singalongs!
WHEN IS THE EVENT?
The event is taking place on Saturday 27th June 2026.
WHAT ARE THE TIMINGS?
This is a day party. Doors open from 1:00pm with last entry at 6:00pm.
We’ll be finished by 9:30pm.
WHERE IS THE EVENT TAKING PLACE?
The event will take place at Document, Pennywell Road, Bristol.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?
Subject to point of purchase, your tickets will be issued as e-tickets 1 week prior to the event.
For any ticket-related questions or queries please contact your point of purchase (Fatsoma, Tixr, Dice, SeeTickets, Universe, Ticketmaster and Skiddle) – await update re ticket selling platforms.
WHAT’S YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Tickets are non-refundable.
WHAT ARE THE AUTHORISED TICKETING AGENTS?
We strongly recommend that you purchase your tickets through the official ticket agents;
Fatsoma, Tixr, Dice, SeeTickets, Universe, Ticketmaster and Skiddle.
We cannot take responsibility for tickets purchased anywhere outside of the above.
DO YOU HAVE TO BE OVER 18 TO COME?
This is an 18+ event and we recommend that everyone brings ID (valid passport or driving licence).
No refunds will be given for lack of ID on the day.
WILL THERE BE DISABLED ACCESS?
We want everyone to come and have a great time. If you’d like more info on disabled access, please contact the venue directly.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD/DRINKS?
Due to security reasons, no food or drink can be brought into the event.
Free drinking water will be available at the bars and there will be food and drink options available on site.
CAN I TAKE PHOTOS?
We actively encourage photograph taking and expect selfie standards to be high — but no selfie sticks will be allowed on site!
Professional camera equipment and professional cameras with a detachable zoom lens are not permitted.
Don’t forget to hashtag your posts on social with #KISSTORY
WHEN WILL THE SET TIMES BE RELEASED?
We will release set times in the week prior to the event.
WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM DURING THE EVENT?
Please let one of the venue staff know and they will be happy to help.
WHEN DO I HAVE TO BE IN THE EVENT BY?
Very last entry is 6:00pm.
WILL I BE SEARCHED ON ENTRY AND CAN I BRING A BAG?
Full searches will be in operation on the day — this is a condition of entry.
Bags are accepted but please bring a bag no bigger than an A4 sheet of paper.
There will not be a cloakroom or lockable storage on site for larger luggage.
WHAT ITEMS ARE RESTRICTED? CAN I BRING PERFUME OR AEROSOLS?
No aerosols, perfumes, drugs, weapons or illegal substances are permitted on site.
Strictly no glass (including perfume or cosmetic bottles) can be brought into the event.
WHAT IF IT RAINS?
Don’t worry — we’ve got you covered. If it rains, we’ll move the party inside.
CAN I BRING A SMALL UMBRELLA?
As a condition of entry, unfortunately small umbrellas are not allowed in.
However, if you wish to pack a small rain poncho that can be opened in front of security on entry, you are more than welcome.
Rain ponchos may also be available to buy from the merchandise point should it rain.
CAN I COME IN AND OUT OF THE EVENT?
Once you’re in, there’s no readmission — if you leave you will not be allowed back into the event.
