Improved provision for young people in Wakefield with upgrades to family and youth hubs.
New sensory rooms and learning spaces are just some of the new facilities that have been put in.
The council says the enhanced hubs will provide safe, inclusive places where families can connect and get support.
Cllr Matthew Caton, Cabinet Member for Children and Young People, said: “Making sure that facilities for our children and young people in Wakefield are as modern and welcoming as possible is a really important priority for us.
“These upgrades encourage play, exploration, and active lifestyles. And they also provide a comfortable and safe environment for Wakefield families to come together, socialise, and build an even stronger sense of community.”
