West Yorkshire Police officer due in court charged with perverting the course of justice
The 29 year old - who is based in Kirklees - has been suspended from her duties
A West Yorkshire Police officer has been charged with perverting the course of justice.
PC Abigail Byrne, 29, based in the Kirklees district, will be before Bradford Magistrates’ Court on April 13.
The charge has been brought following an investigation led by the Independent Office for Police Conduct, following an alleged speeding offence.
Byrne is currently suspended from her duties.
