It's transfer deadline day - with teams across West Yorkshire expected to make crucial mid term signings ahead of the closure of the January window at 7pm tonight.

Below are the latest moves for Leeds United, Bradford City & Huddersfield Town:

Leeds United

Whites academy defender Reuben Lopata-White has been loaned out to Scottish Championship side Greenock Morton for the rest of the season.

The centre half has made 16 appearances in all competitions for Scott Gardner’s Under-21s side.

Bradford City

Bradford City have secured the loan signing of Manchester United's Ethan Wheatley,

The 20 year old forward has been with the Red Devils since the age of nine, making his Premier League debut at the age of nine.

He has spent the first half of the 2025/26 campaign with Northampton Town.

Over the weekend it was confirmed forward Calum Kavanagh had made the permanent switch to League Two side Oldham.

The 22 year old Republic of Ireland international made 70 appearances for Bantams over his time in BD8, scoring 19 times.

Huddersfield Town

Ex-Newport County goalkeeper Nik Tzanev joins Huddersfield Town on a short term contract until the end of the season.

The 29 year old, who is a New Zealand international, has made 182 senior appearances to date, predominantly in League One.

Head Coach Liam Manning said it follows the loan of Jacob Chapman to Crawley, stating: "we felt that if the right opportunity came to add another senior goalkeeper to the squad presented itself before the window closed, that would be something worth exploring."

Also joining Terriers on loan is young Swansea City forward Bobby Wales, until the end of the season.

The 20 year old has represented Scotland at all levels from U17 to U21, having started his professional career at Kilmarnock.

Heading out on loan is Town midfielder Herby Kane, who is to spend the rest of the 25/26 season with Plymouth.
