Police investigating the attempted murder of a woman in Huddersfield have made eleventh arrest
The victim was attacked on Topaz Close last month
Officers say a 31-year-old man from Huddersfield has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
It's after a woman was attacked on Topaz Close on the 11th May.
He's one of eleven people arrested as part of an investigation, with the other ten people on police bail pending further enquires.
The 30-year-old victim is still being treated in hospital.
As part of the investigation officers executed a number of warrants across Huddersfield with several properties searched.
The investigation has so far resulted in:
- Two men aged 32 and 31 and a boy aged 17 being arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
- Three men aged 33 and 28 and 38 being arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder.
- A woman aged 38, a man aged 59, and three boys aged 17, 17 and 16 being arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.
Police also continue to appeal for anyone who saw or has footage of incident, which took place at about 10.30pm on May 11, to come forwards.
