Man seriously hurt following a collision between e-scooter and a car in South Elmsall
It happened at the junction of Northcroft Avenue
A man has suffered serious head injuries after the e-scooter he was riding was involved in a collision with a car in South Elmsall near Hemsworth.
It happened yesterday lunchtime around 1.15pm.
Police say the Audi TT had been driving Northwest on Ash Grove just prior to the collision.
The 47-year-old is in a critical condition in hospital, he was taken to Leeds General Infirmary.
Police are appealing for information and dash cam footage.
