Maika Sivo banished his injury woes with a stunning four-try display as Leeds Rhinos thrashed Betfred Super League champions Hull KR 58-6 in Las Vegas.
The Fijian winger joined the Rhinos from the NRL ahead of the 2025 campaign but missed the entire season after tearing his ACL.
Two tries on debut against York last weekend showed what Leeds had been missing but the 32-year-old took it up another level in Vegas, crossing for two tries and creating a third as the Rhinos charged into a 28-0 half-time lead before scoring twice more after the break.
Hull KR, who ran in 100 points at the start of their Challenge Cup defence and won the World Club Challenge after beating Brisbane Broncos 10 days ago, have now lost their first two Super League games of the season after being stunned by newly-promoted York in the opening round.
An early Mikey Lewis kick to the corner caused panic in the Leeds defence, with Sivo knocking the ball away from the touchline to prevent a 40-20.
Sivo soon started doing his best work at the other end of the pitch and crossed for the first try of the game after eight minutes as the Fijian forced his way over in the corner after Harry Newman collected Brodie Croft's high kick and the Rhinos worked the ball out to the left flank.
An outstretched Sivo claimed a second following a lengthy video review after Jake Connor's hand-off allowed the winger to dot down in the left corner, with Connor again converting.
Connor put Hull KR under more pressure by landing a 40-20 midway through the half and from the resulting phase of play, Croft waltzed through for Leeds' third.
Keenan Palasia powered over for a fourth and Sivo continued to run riot as he claimed a drop-out from under his own posts and ran 70 metres before the Rhinos switched the ball to the right flank for Ryan Hall to complete a simple finish.
Hull KR thought they had pulled one back before the break as Lewis played in Jez Litten, but the try was disallowed for an earlier obstruction.
Croft added a sixth after the interval, Leeds capitalising on Lewis' attempted handoff running loose and leading to a turnover in Hull KR's half.
Sivo completed his hat-trick 15 minutes into the second half after the Robins failed to deal with Connor's high kick and Lachie Miller reacted quickest before Sivo stepped inside his man and went over.
Joe Burgess grabbed a consolation try 15 minutes from time for Hull KR but that was only a temporary intermission from the Sivo show as he ran in a fourth before Cooper Jenkins added a late brace to bring pass the 50-point mark and Leeds' try total into double figures.
