Police appeal after attempted armed robbery at Leeds phone shop

Police are appealing for information following an attempted armed robbery at a mobile phone shop in Leeds.

The incident occurred shortly after 8:55pm on Friday (January 9) on Harehills Lane.

Two men were reported to have entered the store, threatened the shop owner with weapons, and then left the scene.

Detectives are asking anyone with information about the incident to come forward, contacting the force on 101.
