65 year old woman dies after car hits wall in Huddersfield

A 65 year old woman has died after a car crashed into a wall in Huddersfield yesterday morning.

Officers were called a 7:45am yesterday (September 10) after a black Kia Sportage left the road at the junction of Heaton Road and Church Street in Paddock.

The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police are still investigating the circumstances of the collision, with witnesses urged to get in touch on 101.
