A Barnsley man has been charged in connection with a fatal shooting in West Yorkshire earlier this month.

26 year old Connor Batty was found dead on September 11 at an address on Barnsley Road in Hemsworth, with police treating the case as a murder.

Connor Turner, who is 28, of Schofield Road, has been charged with conspiracy to commit aggravated burglary.

Turner is due to appear at Leeds Magistrates court today (27 September).

Three other men have already been charged in connection to Connor's death.
