A former West Yorkshire Police detective has been cleared of sexual offences that were alleged to have happened while she was off duty.
Ex-Detective Inspector Claudine Binns (52) was found not guilty after a four-day trial at Bradford Crown Court.
She was suspended from duty in May 2022 while the allegations were investigated, and has since retired from the force.
West Yorkshire Police say, following the court case, misconduct proceedings will be considered against the former officer.
