The report assesses 28 airports, with 19 rated 'Very Good,' including Teesside and Newcastle, and no airports falling into the 'Needs Improvement' or 'Poor' categories, reflecting a decade of enhancement efforts.
Anna Bowles, Head of Consumer Protection at the UK Civil Aviation Authority, applauded the ongoing improvements but noted challenges remain for disabled passengers.
