Police investigate a stabbing in Stockton

Police were called to Yarm Lane shortly before 1pm this afternoon (Thursday 3 July) following reports of a stabbing.

A man has been taken to North Tees General Hospital by ambulance.

A scene is currently in place while officers conduct enquiries in the area.

Anyone who has information, CCTV, dash cam or mobile phone footage is asked to contact Cleveland Police on 101 quoting reference number 122653.
