Arrest made in Leeds over disappearance of teenager Donna Keogh

Cleveland Police have arrested a 64-year-old man in connection with the suspected murder of Donna Keogh, a teenager who went missing from Middlesbrough over 25 years ago.
The arrest took place on the morning of 31st March in the Leeds area, with assistance from West Yorkshire Police.
Donna Keogh, who was 17 when she vanished, was last spotted in central Middlesbrough on 28th April 1998.
Despite extensive investigations, her body has never been found, and police suspect she was murdered shortly after her disappearance.
Detectives have been conducting enquiries in Leeds recently, leading to the arrest.
Detective Chief Inspector Steven Chatterton said, "This morning we have made an arrest as a result of our recent enquiries, and the man remains in police custody at this time for questioning."
He urged those with information concerning Donna's movements in Leeds in 1998 to come forward, adding, "We are in close contact with Donna’s family, and they have lived with unbearable uncertainty for nearly 30 years. We are determined to find out what happened to Donna for them."
There is a £20,000 reward from Crimestoppers for information related to Donna's murder.
