Swindon's Town Gardens and GWR Park earn prestigious Green Flag Award

South Swindon Parish is celebrating as Town Gardens and GWR Park have both been honoured with the Green Flag Award, recognising them among the best parks in the UK.
The prestigious award, marking its 30th year, acknowledges international standards for parks and green spaces, celebrating a record-breaking 2,391 awardees across the UK this year.
The accolade is a testament to the dedication, hard work, and passion of the teams that maintain these parks, ensuring they are kept to high standards for visitors and residents alike.
Both parks offer welcoming, well-maintained spaces for the community, providing areas for relaxation, recreation, and appreciation of nature.
