Five men accused of sexual offences against a woman have been released on conditional bail pending a further hearing at Swindon Crown Court next month.

Magistrate Martin Clarke told the defendants their respective indictments were "inextricably linked" and would be sent to the crown court together.

"You are all to be released on conditional bail," Mr Clarke added.

"Those conditions are that you have no contact, direct or indirect, with Joanne Young."

They are also to inform Wiltshire Police of any change of address, the court heard.

They are to appear at Swindon Crown Court on January 23 alongside Joanne Young's former husband Philip.
