Two people arrested after teenage boys stabbed in Littlehampton

Police have made two arrests after two teenage boys were stabbed in Littlehampton.

Emergency services were called to reports of an incident at around 10pm on Thursday 26th March 2026, in an alleyway between Hampton Way and Kent Road.

An 18-year-old man and a 17-year-old boy have been detained as part of the investigation.

The 18-year-old has been questioned on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm and possessing a class B drug.

The 17-year-old was held on suspicion of two counts of causing grievous bodily harm and possession of a class B drug with intent to supply.

Both have been released on bail pending further enquiries.

Detective Inspector Lee Simmonds from Sussex Police said:

“We have made two arrests as part of our enquiries, and continue to urge witnesses or anyone with information to come forward if they have not already done so.

“Increased patrols have been conducted to provide reassurance, and we are working to support the victims of this incident.”
