Teenagers stabbed by men wearing balaclavas in Littlehampton
The two boys are currently receiving treatment for their injuries
Two 17-year-old boys have been hospitalised after being stabbed in an alleyway in Littlehampton on Thursday night (26 March)
The alleged assault took place between Hampton Way and Kent Road at approximately 10pm.
The victims reported being approached by two men wearing black balaclavas who attacked them.
One suspect is described as around 5’ 6” tall and the other about 6’ 2”.
The police investigation is ongoing and local enquiries are being conducted urgently to identify the attackers.
Detective Inspector Lee Simmonds said: “We are actively investigating this incident, which has left two boys injured and needing hospital treatment.
"We are urgently carrying local enquiries to identify what happened and the identity of those involved.
"The attackers left items at the scene and we are forensically examining these as part of our investigation."
The boys are currently receiving treatment for their injuries.
