Police appeal for witnesses after assault in Hastings
A 54-year-old man suffered serious injuries to his face and upper body.
Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was assaulted in Hastings on Saturday.
The incident happened on Whitefriars Road at around 8.40pm. Three suspects are reported to have approached the victim as he was entering a property before attacking him.
The 54-year-old man suffered serious injuries to the face and upper body. He was taken to hospital for treatment and has since been discharged.
Officers are investigating the incident are asking witnesses or anyone who has any relevant information such as CCTV or mobile footage to get in touch with them.
