Witness appeal after serious crash in Leatherhead
An 18-year-old man was taken to hospital with serious injuries
Police are appealing for witnesses a serious road traffic collision in Leatherhead on the morning of 24 May.
Emergency services were called to Headley Road, between the Leatherhead Bypass and Lee Green Lane, shortly before 7:30am on Sunday, 24 May, following reports of a collision involving a grey Peugeot 2008 and a white Mercedes box van.
The driver of the Peugeot, an 18-year-old man from London, was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Investigators are urging anyone who may have witnessed the collision, or who saw either of the vehicles in the area prior to the incident, to come forward.
Police are also asking for any available CCTV, dashcam, helmet camera, or doorbell footage that may have captured the collision in whole or in part, as it could assist their enquiries.
