Two Suffolk sweetshops fined for selling illegal tobacco and e-cigarettes

Sanaullah Niazai admitted a string of offences after Trading Standards found hidden cigarettes and vapes during raids of his shops.

A Suffolk sweetshop boss has been fined for selling illegal tobacco and e-cigarettes from stores in Sudbury and Haverhill.

30-year-old Sanaullah Niazai, who runs shops in Sudbury and Haverhill, pleaded guilty to several offences after raids uncovered hidden tobacco and vaping products.

Niazai is the sole director of Five Brothers123 Ltd, trading as Kingdom of American Sweets in Sudbury, and Brothers123 Ltd, trading as Original Haverhill Sweetshop in Haverhill.

He must also pay over seven thousand pounds in court costs.

All seized goods were forfeited for destruction by order of the court.
