Police appealing for witnesses after report of fire in Lowestoft

Suffolk Police are appealing for witnesses after a report of a fire at a business premises in Lowestoft.

The fire took place at Alan Cook Removals & Storage on Pinbush Road in Lowestoft at some point between just before or after midnight on Sunday 8 June into Monday 9 June.

Police are treating the fire as arson.

Officers have studied CCTV footage that show a man acting suspiciously climbing over a fence of the premises and is seen on or near containers.

Police enquiries are continuing and anyone who witnessed the incident is being asked to contact Lowestoft police online, quoting crime number 37/31408/25.
