Police appeal after reports of man using an imitation firearm

A man's been arrested following reports of a man using an imitation firearm in Ipswich

Officers were called to Dogs Head Street on the 20th of September at around 12.05am

He has since been bailed and police are appealing for witnesses.

Suffolk police said: "The male was seen wearing a white t-shirt, jeans and white trainers before he reportedly left the scene on a pushbike towards Lower Brook Street.

A man, aged in his 20s, was arrested in connection with the incident on suspicion of possession of an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence and possession of Class A drugs.

He has since been bailed to return on 29 October."
