Driver charged with offences after pursuit in Suffolk and Norfolk

A man is due in court charged with a string of driving offences after police in Norfolk and Suffolk pursued a car through both counties.
A car was accelerated away from two officers in Beccles town centre at around 10.50am on Sunday 7th December, with officers following it in north Suffolk and south Norfolk.
After the pursuit, officers used a stinger in Carlton Colville to stop the car and arrest a driver.

After the pursuit, which began in Beccles town centre at 10.50am, officers deployed a stinger in Carlton Colville and arrested the driver.
40-year-old Kris Parker, of Mutfordwood Lane, Mutford, was charged with driving whilst disqualified, dangerous driving, failure to stop and driving with no insurance.
He appeared before Great Yarmouth Magistrates on Monday 8th December, and was remanded in custody to appear at Norwich Magistrates Court on 24th December.
