Drug dealers jailed after officers find drugs worth 130k in Stoke-on-Trent

Two drug dealers have been jailed for over 14 years combined after officers found £130,000-worth of drugs at two addresses in Stoke-on-Trent.
Officers carried out two warrants in Hanley and Basford as part of a drug supply investigation in July 2025.
In the Hanley address, they found cocaine worth an estimated £100,000, heroin worth £9,850 crack cocaine worth £26,660, and £27,385 in cash.
In the Basford address, officers found cocaine with an estimated value of £13,600.
The sentences
Peter Nwankwo, 50, of Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, was arrested at the Hanley address. He had control of both addresses.
He has been jailed for nine years after pleading guilty to:
- possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of class A (crack cocaine)
- possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of class A (heroin)
- possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of class A (cocaine)
- possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of class A (MDMA)
- possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of class A (other)
- possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of class B (cannabis)
- and possession of criminal property.
Lamin Jallow, 46, of South Queensferry, West Lothian, Scotland, was arrested at the Basford address.
He has been jailed for five-years-and-seven-months after pleading guilty to:
- possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of class A (crack cocaine)
- possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of class B (cannabis)
- and being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine.
