Two jailed after £400k cannabis farm found in Northwich

Two men have been jailed after officers found a cannabis farm which held 515 plants with an estimated value of £400,000.

Officers attended a premises on Brunel Court off Rudheath Way, on Gadbrook Park on Sunday morning (1st February).

They found it had been converted into a professional cannabis farm, and the electricity supply had been bypassed.

27-year-old Livan Gjini and 23-year-old Jetmir Grrica were managing the farm.

They were arrested at the scene.

They pleaded guilty the next day (2nd February) to the production of class B drugs and were both sentenced to 8 months in prison.
