The EFL has announced revised dates for Port Vale's Sky Bet League One fixtures due to scheduling conflicts with the FA Cup and Vertu Trophy.

An EFL spokesperson noted difficulties arising from the condition of the playing surface and necessary postponements.

Despite Port Vale's request to extend the regular season beyond 2nd May, logistical constraints required all final fixtures in the division to be played simultaneously, affecting the Play-Off Semi-Finals schedule.

Following consultation with relevant clubs, the League confirmed the new fixture dates.

Port Vale's away game against Peterborough United is rescheduled for Thursday, 16th April, with the Wigan Athletic match set for Sunday, 19th April.

The fixture against Cardiff City will take place on Wednesday, 22nd April.

Finally, Port Vale's trip to Stockport County is scheduled for Tuesday, 28th April.

These changes are part of the club's 10 remaining fixtures for the 2025/26 season.

Fans can find full confirmation of the remaining fixtures through official Port Vale channels.
