Body found in Stoke-on-Trent search for missing teenager
Police made the discovery last night
A body has been discovered in Stoke-on-Trent as part of the ongoing search for missing 14-year-old Tyler.
Tyler was last seen on Sunday, 17th May, prompting extensive searches by officers since his disappearance was reported.
The body was found shortly after 7pm yesterday (Thursday 21st May 2026) in a wooded area near Burslem Cemetery.
The formal identification process is yet to be completed, but officers believe the body is that of the missing teenager, Tyler.
His family is being supported by officers during this deeply distressing period.
Authorities have confirmed that Tyler's death is not being treated as suspicious.
A file is being prepared for HM Coroner to review the details of the case.
