Man charged after pedestrian hit by van in Sheffield
It comes after an incident on West Street yesterday
A man has been charged after a pedestrian was hit by a van in Sheffield yesterday.
The incident occurred at around 12.36pm on West Street.
A woman was taken to hospital with injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening or life-altering.
49 year old Elias Taylor, of Barnsley Road in Barnsley, has been charged with driving without due care and attention.
He has been released on bail and is scheduled to appear before Sheffield Magistrates’ Court on February 27.
