Doncaster Rovers sign goalkeeper Josh Clarke on loan from Partick Thistle
Rovers also have an option to buy the 21 year old early next year
Doncaster Rovers have signed goalkeeper Josh Clarke on loan from Scottish Championship side Partick Thistle.
The deal could become a permanent move next January, with Donny agreeing an undisclosed fee for the 21 year old.
He made 33 appearances for the Jags over the 2025/26 campaign, keeping 12 clean sheets during a campaign where Thistle narrowly missed out on promotion.
He's also been part of the Celtic B team and has international experience for four different countries as a youth player - playing for England, Sweden, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Speaking about his move, Clarke said: “I am really looking forward to getting going.
“I have had a walk around the stadium, and it seems like a great place to be a part of, and conversations with Grant and Kyle made it an easy decision to sign here.”
