Pair charged after Rotherham woman's body found in Nottinghamshire village

Two people, including a Rotherham have been charged after a woman's body was found in a Rotherham village.
Police made the discovery on Main Street in Milton at 3:12am last Friday (20th March).
The victim has today been named as 32-year-old Orinta Narbutaite from Rotherham.
Nottinghamshire Police have referred themselves to the Independent Office for Police Conduct due to past involvement with the victim.
37-year-old Donatas Noreika of Main Street, Milton and Arturas Karvelis, aged 42, of Broad Street, Parkgate, Rotherham have been charged with conspiring to prevent the lawful and decent burial of a body.
Both are due before Nottingham Magistrates Court today (23rd March).
A 64-year-old man and 60-year-old woman who were also arrested have since been released without charge.
Detective Inspector Matt Scott, who is leading the investigation, said:
“Our thoughts are with Orinta’s loved ones at this incredibly difficult time.
“Police and crime scene officers have been working tirelessly to establish the circumstances of this tragic incident.
“Specially-trained officers are continuing to support Orinta’s family and keep them updated as the investigation progresses.
"We have now charged two suspects as part of our investigation but our inquiries are still ongoing, so we’d ask anyone who has any information but hasn’t shared it with us yet to please do so immediately.”
