An investigation is underway after a man was hit by a car in Doncaster.
Police say a man is in a serious condition with possibly life altering injuries after the incident on Skellow Road.
A Police statement said: "We are appealing for information following a Doncaster collision that has left a man with serious injuries.
"On Sunday (8 February) at 3.10pm, it is reported that a red Ford KA and a pedestrian were involved in a collision on Skellow Road.
"The pedestrian, a 63-year-old man, was taken to hospital, where he remains in a serious condition, with potentially life altering injuries.
"The driver of the vehicle, a 26-year-old woman, remained at the scene and is assisting officers with enquiries.
"We are now appealing for any witnesses to the collision, or those with relevant dash cam or CCTV footage, to come forward."
