Gustavo Hamer has left Sheffield United to go to Coventry on an undisclosed fee.
The midfielder was a firm fan favourite in his previous stint between 2020 and 2023.
He netted 19 goals in 132 appearances in that spell.
A statement on the Sheffield United website said: "It can be confirmed that Gustavo Hamer has left Bramall Lane to join Coventry City for an undisclosed fee.
"Having not featured in United's Carabao Cup success at Mansfield Town on Sunday afternoon, the formalities of the deal have now been completed, bringing to an end Hamer's near three-year association with the Blades.
"The 29-year-old, who had entered the final year of his current deal, signed for United in the Premier League in August 2023 and subsequently featured heavily in the second tier following relegation.
"Hamer departs S2 having scored 22 goals in 123 appearances in all competitions in addition to a number of assists across the three campaigns.
"Good luck, Gus."
