Doncaster stabbing victim named as family pay tribute

A man who died after a stabbing in Doncaster on Friday (10 July) has been named.

Glenn Soffe, 32, was found seriously injured in Wordsworth Avenue on Friday evening.

He was taken to hospital where he died.

Peter Norburn, 53, of no fixed abode, is charged with murder in connection with the incident.

Glenn’s family has shared a tribute to him:

“Glenn was a much loved son, brother, uncle, husband and father, friend and grandson. He was a loveable rogue who will be missed by so many.

“As a family we are requesting time and privacy to process what has happened.”
